I Got Tired of Trying to Fix Myself
At some point, wellness became another job I felt like I was failing. This is where The Unbothered Edit started.

For the woman who wants to finally know what her skin and body need, without the overpriced serums or copying some influencer's morning routine.

Beauty is allowed. Noise is optional.
Why this exists
Beauty, wellness, life, aging, products, routines, trends. All the good stuff, without optimizing ourselves into oblivion.
Unbothered is not anti-product, anti-pleasure, or anti-trying things. It is anti-noise, anti-universal advice, and anti-turning self-improvement into a second job.
“The goal is not a better routine. It’s a life you don’t constantly need to escape from.”

Meet Tess
Licensed esthetician, certified holistic health coach, longtime wellness nerd, recovering perfectionist, and firm believer that most of us do not need another 14-step routine.
I have spent years working in beauty and wellness while learning that looking after yourself and endlessly trying to improve yourself are not actually the same thing.
Unbothered is where I share what survived the edit. Skincare, wellness, things worth buying, things absolutely not worth buying, better questions, small luxuries, and occasional existential housekeeping.
Get to the good stuffThe editorial heart
Longer thoughts on beauty, wellness, skin, aging, products, personal experiments, and life with more context than social media allows.

Five questions before we hand over our money, time, energy, or peace of mind.

What problem is this actually solving?
Who benefits if I believe I need it?
What's the evidence beyond a before-and-after photo?
Does it fit my body, budget, and real life?
Am I acting from curiosity or anxiety?

Less optimizing.
More actually living.
The larger idea
Tess has spent years learning about beauty, wellness, behavior, and what people believe they need to fix about themselves. The question underneath Unbothered is simpler: what if feeling better is not about doing more?
That is the energy here. Less noise, better questions, and choices that actually fit your life.
